Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of EasyReport, an AI-powered student report generation tool developed and maintained by TAISK Labs, a trading name of Bucephalus Ltd, company number: 14953586, registered office 128 City Road, London EC12 2NX, ICO registration number: C1406916.

1.2 By using EasyReport, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our service.

 

Definitions

2.1 "Service" refers to EasyReport.

2.2 "User" refers to any individual granted access to use EasyReport.

2.3 "Administrator" refers to the appointed person responsible for managing EasyReport access for their educational institution.

2.4 "Educational Institution" refers to the school or organisation utilising EasyReport.

 

Registration and Access

3.1 Registration for EasyReportmust be initiated by an appointed Administrator from the Educational Institution.

3.2 The registration process requires the Administrator to make an application, which will trigger a permission granting request from Wonde.

3.3 The Administrator must approve the Wonde permission request. These permissions are necessary for EasyReport to operate and access the required data.

3.4 Upon approval of permissions, the Administrator can purchase user seats and invite Users to access EasyReport.

3.5 A minimum purchase of 10 user seats per Educational Institution is required to use EasyReport.

3.6 Each User will access EasyReport through Single Sign-On (SSO) using either Google or Microsoft authentication.

3.7 Payment is taken a month in advance and is set at £3.40 per month + VAT. We have the right to change this price at our convenience. Any change will only take effect with 45 days notice.

 

User Accounts

4.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.

4.2 Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.

4.3 Users must immediately notify the Administrator of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

 

Data Usage and Privacy

5.1 EasyReport accesses data in situ via the Wonde API and does not store data independently.

5.2 By using EasyReport, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.3 The Educational Institution remains the data controller for all data accessed by EasyReport.

Intellectual Property

6.1 The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TAISK Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6.2 Users may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the Service without prior written consent.

 

Acceptable Use

7.1 Users agree not to use the Service: a) In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. b) To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation. c) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate TAISK Labs, a TAISK Labs employee, another user, or any other person or entity. d) In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

 

Termination

8.1 We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease at the end of that payment period.

 

Limitation of Liability

9.1 In no event shall TAISK Labs (T/O Bucephalus Ltd), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

 

Changes

10.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

10.2 By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
