2. Data Controller

The educational institution using EasyReport remains the data controller for all personal data processed through our service. EasyReport acts as a data processor on behalf of the educational institution.

 

3. Data Collection and Processing

3.1 EasyReport does not independently collect, store, distribute, or sell user data.

3.2 All data is accessed in real-time via the Wonde API, with strict adherence to data minimisation principles.

3.3 Data access is limited to the minimum necessary information required for generating student reports.

4. Data Access and Permissions

4.1 Access to school data is granted through permissions approved by the school's appointed administrator via the Wonde platform.

4.2 If a school revokes these permissions, EasyReport will immediately lose access to the school's data.

4.3 To regain access, a new API request must be initiated and approved by the school's administrator.

 

5. Data Retention

5.1 EasyReport does not retain any school or student data beyond the immediate processing required for report generation.

5.2 All data processing occurs in real-time, and no data is stored by EasyReport independently of the Wonde ecosystem.

 

6. Data Security

6.1 We implement robust security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

6.2 All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

6.3 Regular security audits and penetration testing are conducted to ensure the ongoing security of our systems.

 

7. User Rights

As we do not store personal data, user rights (such as access, rectification, erasure) should be exercised directly with the educational institution or through the Wonde platform.

 

8. AI and Automated Decision-Making

8.1 EasyReport uses AI algorithms to assist in generating student reports.

8.2 These algorithms are designed with fairness and transparency in mind, in alignment with the EU AI Act.

8.3 Human oversight is maintained in the report generation process to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.

 

9. International Data Transfers

EasyReport processes all data within the European Economic Area (EEA) and does not transfer data to third countries.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
